Bonivital Flash 'A' Teams Wrap Up Successful 2025 Season

It's the end of another successful season for Bonivital Softball 'A' Flash teams.

Nearly 300 young athletes competed in every age group, won and lost games, forged new friendships and in some bittersweet moments, played their last games together.

Highlights included hosting our Bonivital Spring Swing tournament in May that drew more than 30 teams from across Winnipeg and southern Manitoba.

All teams excelled, learned and sharpened their skills. Some went home with medals, including U11 Flash Green #2 (First Place in BVSA Spring Swing); U11 Flash Green #1 (Second Place at BVSA tournament); U11 Flash WhiteGreen (Silver Medal at Steinbach Tournament); U15 Flash Green (Bronze Medal at CRSL Playoffs); U19 Flash (Silver Medal at CRSL Playoffs).

For some of our U19s it was a bittersweet end to the season, taking away a silver medal but knowing they had played their last game of youth softball with friends and teammates who in some cases had played together every season for many years.

Thank you to our coaches who put in countless hours planning games and practices, hauling and setting up gear, and guiding their teams through an intense schedule of twice per week games plus practices and tournaments.

Thank you also to the umpires, without whom there would be no softball.
